KIDS SPRING BREAK ART CAMP 2019

APRIL 15-19 : General Art
Everyday we will focus on a specific subject/theme and explore a wide variety of art mediums from painting, collage, paper mache, and much more As part of our daily schedule, we will also allow kids to have their own creative time, we go outside everyday (if weather permits), reading space and free play! We look forward to CREATING with your child!
Our qualified staff has years of experience with children. You can pick your desired days, and build your own schedule. Camp begins at 9 AM and drop off begins at 8:45 AM. Pack a nut free lunch and snack and get ready to enjoy the fun.
HOURS & COST
Full Day : 9:00-4:00, 5 day pass $375 or $80 per day
AM Half Day : 9:00-12:00, 5 day pass $275 or $60 per day
PM Half Day : 1:00-4:00, 5 day pass $275 or $60 per day
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS!
Katie Butterfield is a fourth grade teacher in Wicker Park and has been working in CPS for 5 years. Katie grew up in Michigan and attended Michigan State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Elementary Education. Katie relocated to Chicago 6.5 years ago, and now lives on the north side of the city with her dog and loves it! When she is not teaching those cute kiddos, she likes to watch tv, try new restaurants, spend time with friends, and travel!
Naomi Florea is an artist, art educator, and activist based out of Pilsen. She is inspired by her Azteca roots, Lantix history, and current events. Her art practice is rooted in printmaking. Naomi graduated from Syracuse University in 2016 with her bachelors in interactive and industrial design. She is currently teaching art classes with Chicago Danz Ensemble and Marwen.
